Pflueger Salt80

Hey fellas,
just purchased a Pflueger Salt 80sw as a cheapy for chasing some bigger fish for a couple of trips north this year. Haven’t paired with a rod yet but just wondering if anyone has one and what size braid would you recommend? Was thinking 50lb or could go slightly heavier? Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers

Pflueger Salt Reels
Strong, reliable and they have a good drag system.
You can run 50/65/80lb on the Salt 80
