mate i really struggle with computers but this has been the easiest way for me to do it.

right click on the image icon thing then select "open with - paint"

then click the "Image" option at the top of the screen in the paint program and scroll down to "resize and skew"

I think resizing to about 30% both horizontally and vertically worked best from memory.

Save the image once resized then upload.

Theres probably better ways, but this works for me

That's the easiest. Once its downloaded just rightclick on the pic you want to upload and select resize, it then gives you options. The medium one is the best for the site.

Just remember to upload the "resized one" not the original. The resized one will have (medium) in the file name.
