Pink Snapper from Mackerel Islands Fishing Charters

We caught this Pinkie in the cooler water down deep earlier in the week, was a cracker at 80cm. Feel free to add your strange/irregular catches below!

nice size pinkie. quite dark
nice size pinkie. quite dark in color along its back. when you say deep , how deep. i have caught them in 200 mtrs before

They are a crazy fish Russ/Sandy, catch them in 2m or 200+! We got this one in around 130. Have caught plenty off the Metro area in 100+ metres too. This one was accompanied by a few nice Gold Band, Rosies and a cracker Pearl Perch
