Pinkies in the swan? Confirmed!!

Went down to my river hot spot last night and i can tell ya the fish are firing again in the swan. Will post a report but first i have to confirm that there are pink snapper in the river. I've heard they are in there but like most stories i need hard evidence for it to convince me. Well there are pinkies in the river!! We caught about 4 around the 25 to 30cm mark. Stunning looking fish

mate i've never seen it fire

I know exactly where it is.
I know exactly where it is. Go kayaking there all the time. And yes it is a mint spot. Myself and my cousin caught about 10 king george whiting there in September of 2010. Crazy business!
Havent seen a sized pinky in the river yet either. Although have seen 2 over 50cms caught inside hillarys boat harbour. Myself ive caught a 51 cm and a 49 cm in the harbour at my secret spot on the yak ;)

I fluked a 50cm pinky in the river a couple of years ago, while targeting mulloway..
Next night .. same spot... noticed a couple of divers with spearguns in hand...
Asked them whats the target.. and they kept very quiet until I mentioned the sizable snapper the night before, which they then admitted what they were really up to...
Then I told them fisheries would be waiting for them when they got back... :) hehehe jk jk... but i should have.
Just found the pic... this was when I 1st started kayak fishin :)
