IMO it should have been introduced years ago.

Having been a member of sea rescue for over 15 years it still astounds me the number of people asking for assistance for minor things that could easily been avoided if they were sober.

Sure , I like a beer but I take no more than a couple of cans out each time if at all. One still has to drive home after the fishing trip finishes

When you see the state of some people at the launch and retrieve ramps you just have to shake your head and wonder how the hell they found there way back to the ramp.
I've seen people get out of their boats and there have been a carton of tinnies floating in the bilge and there has only been two people in the boat.
Bring on the RBT and the cameras in the cut at Mandurah especially when the whites are running it's like the start of the grand prix and the 8 knot rule is out the window.
