Podcasting - anyone do it?

I started to suss out the podcasting thing over the weekend.  It's been on my to-do list for a while now.  Just wondering if anyone here does it and if so what they're listening to?

I've subscribed to Sunday Night Safran off the J's which is some great radio - and this way you get it without the music and just get the interviews and crazy dialogue between the two of them... anyone got any recommendations? Local or overseas?

From what I can see it's used either to put radio or tv programs up on the net for people to download after they've been on (eg Sunday Night Safran... I think you can get Hamish and Andy.. .that type of gear), mostly radio though.

Some sites have them available just for general information, for example one site I've come across does a weekly 5-minute podcast on fly fishing, another has a weekly broadcast on knot tying.  It's pretty much all audio and mostly verbal stuff,  when the radio programs put the music up they start running into copyright issues.

Depending on what your interests are you can find some pretty cool stuff overseas though, some good comedy, some more issues based information like research findings / social sciences etc.  Not everyone's cup of tea but.
