Heading to Gregory next week for some R+R.
Any advice on beach fishing spots.I presume that whiting and tailor would be around?
Is it worth taking a couple of Crab nets?

Hutt river is open for marroning from lunchtime the 8th of jan. Watch out for plain clothed cops doing rbt's on the main street.

Tailor
Was up there years ago all the loc went to the point NTH from jetty (Hillock Point) for tailor, about 1hr before sun down.

P.S
I remember the walk back from the point on a moonless night was a sight to remember ,could not see where the water met the sand and the sky was OMG.

forget the crabnets
The jetty at PG is landlocked now (Has been for many years) maybe a snorkel/goggles and a welding glove may be a better option.
Well, it wouldn't be if it wasn't...
