Prado 120 rims

G'day all. I am thinking of getting new rims and tyres for my 2006 prado 120. It currently has the factory 17" alloy rims on it and was hoping to put smaller steel rims with bigger tyres on the car for beach driving. Has anyone in FW world done this without any mods to the car? I've read a few forums and some say it can't be done and others say it can. Cheers in advance.

Been told NO before
Been told NO before but can not confirm..... When doing the brakes on my 120 a few weeks ago had a look and doesn't look like a lot of room/clearance on the brake calipers.
Agree with Black Gen... A lot of info on Pradopoint!
