Anyone ventured down in the last week. Whats the weed like ATM? Could be heading down for an overnighter this weekend.(with the hundreds of others). Haven't seen any catch reports from recent anyone got any updates?

Surfcasters fishing club had a comp down there two weekends ago, I couldnt attend but I have seen the report. The tailor were a bit quiet but the herring were thick along with a few other bread and butter species. There were a couple of soapies caught and a couple of bigger ones dropped apparently (big scale on the hook to prove)
This weekend all I say is good luck and stay safe there will be plenty of people driving around the area.
I am thinking of heading to wedge monday night after the crowds have gone.

also forgot A couple of anglers got massive unstoppable runs then bite offs so take some wire trace and a shark could be in order
