hey guys...
im getting a bit desperate here, im going over east to cairns in less than three weeks and because i have left it soo soo late its imposible to get a charter boat that wil go out chasing marlin! i was just ondering if anyone has any ideas on what i can do to get out... or know of someone that i could posibly get out with and pay for all there costs, fuel ecs..

The tourist info board / whatever they call them selves , they have large lists of charters that take from 2 to 200 out on boats doing everything , see if the people could hook you up with someone on there books , some will take you out just to keep in good with the agent , they get a lot of custom from them .
Might help , but then again I ain't well known around here for helping people .

I may be able to get you on a boat this weekend , I am down the docks and one of the boats may have space for you , if they do I'll post up here to let you know , from $170 to $250 .
$170 you bring food and beer but get to use TOP quality gear .
$250 they supply everything but get to use Alveys on broomstick rods with 100 lb mono line.

howeva one of my firneds from over east gave me a good idea, he said to try and contact the qeensland game fishing club and they should have a few contacts...
but thanx appreciate the suggestion spk soon
