A Reel for

No1 daughter, is her birthday and i bought her a Eupro Twincraft pe 1.5/3.

Now i only want a cheapie as i dont know how well she will look after it , any sugestions

i know its not the best suggestion but maybe go along to one of the tackle stores and have a look in their bargain bin. if she looks after the reel then you can upgrade for her at xmas.

 there is nothing here in Busso either - those Pelagic reels on Ebay are fine for entry level - actually not bad at all, i use one for bream and it is super smooth.

the tackleshop/ sports shop in Dunsbough is not too bad.  What sort of budget are you looking at.  Some of lower end Shimano spinners  would suit, it just depends on what you want to spend

Well I reckon the Shimano Stradic 4000FI is the shot, at $230 it represents great value.

 

I hope it balances the rod

go the low end shimano like sienna,symetre,saros, i have a sienna 1000 that i am thrashing and experimenting with its got upgraded drag and filled with oil and one word describes it smooth!
