Reliable weather site for coral bay

Just wondering what's your opinion on weather sites for coral bay. I'm using MetEye at the moment and its looking the goods so far. But if you look at seabreeze, there's a bit of a difference between gnaraloo and Exmouth forecasts. I know there's a bit of difference between weather at Learmonth airport and tantabiddi, so I'm more inclined to trust the gnaraloo forecast more.

 I'd stick with meteye,

I'd stick with meteye, saying that Exmouth is another 300 odd clicks up the highway so I guess you'd expect differing patterns.

pretty sure the willyweather

pretty sure the willyweather wind is taken from Learmonth.
100+ km away

was up a couple of weeks ago and it puts you in the ball park. but was always stronger wind wise in CB than it had at Learmonth (East side of exi peninsula)

Good luck.

Living up in exy and fishing coral bay regularly over summer ive found none are that acurate. The only time they are spot on is if it says its going to be blowing 25 knots sw.  Learmonth is like a different country when it comes to predicting west side weather.  One day it was 15- 20knot sw at coral bay and 30deg. At learmonth it was north east and about 44 degrees when we drove home in the arvo and it was glassy up near town and hot as hell.  I usually go by seabreeze gnarloo weather at least it has a live wind reading.

If not going too far out

Tue, 2016-05-10 19:11

If not going too far out Seabreeze Gnaraloo is prob best, but have found Bouy Weather to be good for the 20mile+ offshore forcasts. It is only calculated forcasts from stations north and south but has been good lately. If not sure about going wide check BOM, It will allways be as forcast or better than the BOM, they usally put up worst case for the area. If you are in town allways worth a quick drive down the boat ramp to see what the wind is actually doing. The town itself is very protected from the usual SE-SW wind. Quite often get upset people when we cxancel charters due to wind and it is quite calm in town. But at boat ramp or even just around the corner at south passage it is horrible.

Seabreeze is the most

Tue, 2016-05-17 21:48

Seabreeze is the most unreliable source.

I use Meteye and Willyweather.
