Riffe Digitec suit

Hey guys, i recently purchased a Riffe Digitec suit (3mm) and was putting it on for a quick swim yesterday. It was a hell of pain to put it on!! It kept sticking to my skin, it was a struggle even once i dunked it in the water and covered myself in water. So i need to get some lube for it, is there any particular brand i should get?? Also do you rub the lube on your body or inside the wetsuit?? Sorry about the noob questions...
cheers, Callum

Lube
You can use lots of different things for lube - shampoo, ky, sorbolene cream. Most of those you mix with water in a bottle before pouring it into your suit and if you want rub it on your arms and legs as well.
You can also use baby powder as a dry lube if the suit is dry. Great on a cold autumn morning.

Just get a bottle of hand
Just get a bottle of hand sanitizer, cheap and comes in a pump bottle from near anywhere.
