Cricket was only invented as a fill in game between footy seasons [they started trying it before footy was invented because they knew it would never please anyone other than extreme fanatics]and after all these years its still shit.
Its so boring, watching paint dry and grass grow is too exciting so I've taken up watching dead snail racing for something less strenuous

Leaving, not so long ago but i think its obvious now there are other things going on, he does not seem to have the passion our the drive at the moment ~ mind you it rests largely with the players as well. If like to think things might get better, but not convinced.

Well that's just it isn't it. He's the coach so takes the fall. I have loved having Woosha as a coach he's a loyal Eagles man, but I rackon his heart's not in as much as it was before. It's a huge job and probably just worn him down. The shit mistakes at yesterday's game were woeful. I counted three in a row, so that shows a lack of dicipline.

Yep probably both tim-o. My son's team has finally strung a few wins together and I think that's from finally getting them to believe in themselves. And man there is some red hot talent on their side. There's on Aboriginal boy in there who is just a freak footy player and destined for the AFL no doubt at all. Everygame he has at least 25-30 possesions opp coaches have said they've got no one to play on him he's that quick. Time will tell I spose.

Yeh, they have god given gifts. A bloke down the road is abo too, he plays at a lower grade wafl and his team is mostly abos. They sort of train once a week, most either high or coming off drugs or alcohol and play games the same, they just got the speed and skill he says, they are 2nd in the comp only to a side in Claremont or somewhere full of fit uni students lol. A full indigenous team heading to ireland should be interesting

Dockers played like shit .. that Spurr made some shockers , Richmond weren't much better it was a B grade game .. went to Etihad for Port and St Kilda that was a great game .. both venues 10x better than subiaco bring on the new stadium . Melbourne's a great place but phuck it's cold this time of year ...
