Rod storage?
Submitted by Roger Knife on Fri, 2009-04-24 02:40
Hey guys
Just built meself a conservatory and managed to get a small pitch roofed brick shed on the side. In final stages now and just wondered if anyone has any smart ideas for storing rods and reels. Thought about hanging rods from the rafters, or standing up against a wall. Just wondered if anyone has any other suggestions.
Cheers guys

either build yourself some
either build yourself some rod racks or buy some from your local tackle store keeps them out of harms way.I use three racks one for light one for medium and the other for the heavy rods

Russ Faulkner built some great rod racks awhile back
I store most of my rods in one of those.

i use old postage cylinders
i use old postage cylinders cabletied togetherfor the small rods and then i hang the beach rods from cableties connected to holes in the shed roof. then i usually keep the rods i use the most just laying against some boxes so i can easily acces them. the easiest way is to buy or build rod racks though
