I am chasing a rod to match my Catalina 4000 for some offshore jigging, must be PE 1-3 and my budget is $300-$400.
Cheers guys

Catalina
Have you had a look at the Catalina rods?
I picked up a slightly heavier one last week haven't been able to get out and use it yet but feels like good gear

I ended up getting the Catalina pe 3-4, very nice match with the 4000 size reel.

Catalina Nabura 67
I have the new model Catalina 67 for my Branzino 3000- its rated to 20lb but I tell you what the 4000 Saltiga sits on it well also but i need another spool as I run PE3 on that little puppy.
Good rods though for the price! unfortunately the brands currently on the market dont make shopping any easier these days...
