Demon bloods are good

Between myself and the boys we have half a dozen of them. Fantastic bang for buck!!

another rod that would be nice but a little bit more than the 2 mentioned thus far would be an xzoga takadum

i have a blue pe 1-3 version and I amsolutely love it.

it has caught everything for wrasse to 30kg sambo's with ease.

fantastic action and can be used for either bottom bait bashing or jigging.

regards

For bottom bouncing with a TAC8 I use a tcurve lucanus heavy rod pe2-4,6'6". Its a bit like a Tcurve200 in the butt with ideal tip for light to medium lead.  It handled a 60lb YFT nicely and matches the reel very well.  A bit long for real jigging  but covers everything else I use it for.  I plan to get a Wilson venom pe1-3 for a light jigger.

Hi tot,

The Deep Jig 200 is a good rod and one we sell here but if your talking about minimizing the the bend in the rod but keeping it parabolic we have the Expert Graphite Ares PE3-5 Jig stick which has more get up and go. Its $249 (FW Price) and slightly shorter than the Deep Jig 200 which would be better with snapper weights and slightly heavier jigs and its a compact rod so it suits the Tac8.
