or off the fisheries website and you should be right. West End has a Demersal Sanctuary zone (ie. you can catch pelagics)
and there are sanctuary zones where all fishing is prohibited at Little Armstrong Bay area, Mary Cove-Nancy Cove area, Little Salmon Bay area and Thomson Bay area.
Good luck and beware of the bikini distractions, we don't want you falling off a rock :)
