Hi guys,
Has anyone managed to see some salmon schools or caught any around dunsborough/busellton area so far this long weekend? Thnx in advance

yep seen pictures from a mate
who caught them just near eagle bay! only a small school though about 20 to 30 fish

I spent
half of today down at Hamelin Bay/Boranup and didn't see anything landed or any evidence of Salmon at all.
I'm sure that any reports coming from the west coast are of resident fish that are schooling up before the main run.
Hopefully we should see some schools moving up the west coast in the next 2 weeks or we may not get a run at all.

small school south of preston
I saw a small school 4km's south of Preston only 5 to 10 metres off shores only had a small flick rod so couldn't have a go at them.
