Hong Kong.
Just got back from Hong Kong and walking through the fish markets there is hardly any fish for sale over 250mm long.
All mainly tubs of small & undersize fish. Even fish that we wouldnt dream of taking, i guess when you have raped the waters around you then you have no option but take shit fish to eat.
I agree, the govt should be doing more to keep these traulers well out of our waters. They should be managing the amount exported overseas instead of letting countries come in and take what ever they like including protected species.
Whaling is a prime example....

There is only the so called "supertrawler" that I know of, and
as far as I know anyway
