Sea Pups first Pinkie
Submitted by richie68 on Tue, 2017-01-31 22:11
Took my son out fishing this afternoon with Frank. Started off slow but an hour before sundown the snapper went nuts. Ended up with 5 keepers between 55cm and 80cm, dropped another 3. My boy caught his first pink snapper followed soon by another one. Stoked!! couldn't wipe the smile off his face.

Nice work, he's hooked for sure. Was this north of south of the river if you don't mind me asking.

Yep,
It was a good session. Thanks Levi for letting me catch my solitary pinkie on your rod. Plus he handled the net like a pro even though he had trouble lifting it over the side of the boat at times. Thanks Ritchie for taking me out.

That's awesome, great to see the kids into some quality.

Well done sea pup.
He knows how to hold a fish for sure, especially for a photo.

What a champ
Will never ever forget that day. My young fella caught his first sambo a few weeks ago and now that is all he wants to catch.
