Sea weed predictions?

Does anyone know what the seaweed situation in moore river is like at the moment?
I'm planning on going up there tomorrow morning but would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me if it's all weeded up so I dont waste my time.
Also, is there anyway to predict when seaweed comes in and clears out? Eg it comes in after x days of certain wind direction and swells before clearing out after x days of specific conditions? Are there any general rules like this, whereby studying past conditions, we can make good judgements about the likeliness of there being seaweed present?

unpredicatable!
i went up there a several weeks ago when there was small swells and wind and it was full of weed, then a few weeks ago i went straight after the rough weather and it was clear!
i guess try ur luck......

A few big tailor around and a fair bit of weed in some spots, typical winter pattern

Nothing
Went and had a try anyway. A bit of seaweed present but most of it washed up. Fished the sunrise and got nothing!
