Seasport Charter Weekend
Just another typical trip out with Whitey. He got us onto plenty of fish even though they were not really on the chew and we still managed a good bag each of the 3 days out. Dhuies, Baldies, Black Ass, heaps of just size Snapper, Dollies and Tuna. Also had one brief marlin hook up though we didn't really put any effort into chasing them (had to keep the old bait fisho's happy).
Thanks again Whitey for the great weekend and cheers for putting in the extra effort all the way to the end, even after 7 days of charters straight for you!
Had perfect weather with every morning a glass off.
Heaps of small pinkys were caught over the weekend.
Nice Dhuie caught on the light PE1 gear. Fell to old faithful McArthy Paddletail in Baby Elf.
Caught my first Dollie, the smallest of the dozen or so caught! Still a fun catch.
A nice double on the bait to Nev.
Heres my effort at a double. 2 bakers on the jig!
A Stripey jigged up after having another jig bitten off by a mackie/wahoo right under the boat.
Dhuie of the trip. 15kg landed by Brendon.
Nice Black Tip landed on a livebait.
