Launched at Denham
It was a couple off months ago and departed denham daily. The trip across was broken up to look at the whales etc.
Being a ski i was able to skim across the shallows looking at the turtles etc..... found plenty of coral reefs in the shallows
As my ski has cruise control i was able to maintain a constant speed saving heaps off fuel. Only used about half a tank for the trip.
One off the professional fishermen told me they use skis as well as they get closer to the reefs.
A guy with a big cat filled his tank with a few hundred dollars of fuel and got upset to see me out there after filling up with $60 of fuel.

Awesome
Awesome shots of the cliffs. Looks like beautiful conditions.
Top effort. How long did the trip over take?
I did then the best that I knew how. When I knew better, I did better.

Just cruised
hi Bradz, I am not sure but I generally travel between 35 to 38 knots in the flat stuff. A couple of days the swell came up and heading out through the rebound was fun. I noticed a couple of normal boats turned around and went to smoother water. Once past the clapotis it was quite nice. Can't wait till the next trip.
