Shark I'd

Went out Australia Day weekend and had a ripper of a day
but pulled in the unknown sharks, can anyone tell me what it is .
ive got that its part of the Carcharhinidae family and it got me the title of biggest catch

thanks guys , i was thinking that , another mate i was with suggested a black whaler, either way what ever it was it got me best fish of the trip , and was happier when i saw it swim off to fight another day,

Well and truly alive
MickyDav might look dead, but believe me it swam off to live another day and scared the crap outta me when it was released in knee deep water and turned back at me , sorry didnt take pics of it leaving , was too busy trying to not get bitten .
I have too much respect for these creatures to kill em and leave em ,
caught enough tailor and herring for a feed , once eski was full remainder were used as bait or set free.
Im not a lier if I say it swam away why would i lie about it .

Nasty bits of gear
Have caught heaps of them and they can be real nasty bits of gear, second only to bull sharks when you get them on the deck.

thanks all it was a great session at a great place , now that ive sussed over the location im taking the wife and nippers up in a couple of weeks hopefully it fires up just the same and the daughter can get into some of the tailor up there
