This is my first time posting so please be gentle. Heading to KL for a week and wondering if there are any tackle shops and if so is the quality for price worth the effort?

You can try Kepong tackle
You can try Kepong tackle for the reels but not so much on the rods, and Tackle Source for some quality Japanese Lures or Sabre tackle in KL.
