Steve - Best Time

RDO's - a govy dept worker perhaps? Laughing Like everywhere south of the 26th, the best time April onwards - so you've picked the right time. Winds are moderate this time of the year, you just have to pick your days swell wise as fronts below Oz, or coming across the bight can push some mean swells. You don't want an easterly swell if possible.

If I assume Steve, that your boat is the one in the Avatar - looks like a cuddy and pretty similar to mine, you'd have no probs going out to somewhere decent on a reasonable to good day!

I'd be more than happy to decky for you! Wink

Colin

PS - Oh! Make sure you have your RST with you. DPI have fined people for not having it - but I believe there may be moves to make it more like a driver's licence where you have so many days to produce your RST. Having your RST with you is playing safe.

Oh - I'll send you a PM with my contact details too!
