nice haul , look to be a decent size too well done . would be magic getting onto that lot. one thing but , do you ice your catch or just leave them in the kill tank, if you do try icing them after bleeding and you would be surprised at the taste difference. catch them bleed them then on ice within minuits , the taste is fantastic

yeah not 2 bad of a size just cant seem to crack the 6 to 7kg mark yet as there is soooo many 3 kg fish out there mate right next to me got one 7.5kg on monday tho.... faulkner i usually chuck afew frozen 2 lt coke bottles in the box to keep them cool..
where been catchin these there been a pro out there each day right next to us he been pullin in atleast 100 snapper each day id say 2nd hook had 1 on...
we just had the biggest snapper comp on

Total number of boats. 786
Total fish weighed in. 1631 which only 2 snapper can be weighed in by each competitor .
usually theres about 3000 to 4000 fish weighed in just for that wend...

no wonder your still trying to get that 6 to 7 kilo there couldnt be to many left

yeah scott thats what my dad said that there wouldnt be too many left from that spawning yr but least theres plenty of fish out there and fishing light rods makes it super fun....
