Unfortunately the weather went pear shaped for me today, was flat in the gulf all morning, then went to head out at 8 and got to north west reef and there was the north wester ready to hurt. So put the tail between the legs and decided to head down the bay of rest for a dive, saw a heap of good bluies but they were that flighty it was pointless. Got 1 small one that went 41cm and took it mainly to get rid of the spear rage, still tasty mind you.
Unfortunately the weathers starting to go pear shaped again, so looks like the time might be spent getting on the sauce. Ahh well, all good, cheers for the well wishes everyone.

I know what you mean re-standards big J, I was pretty devo to do it, but it had to be done. I just can't get close to those big buggers, thinking I may have to go down the route of a caranx 1.4 to give me that extra bit of range.
Been one of the best weeks I've had in a long time, everything that could go right has so far (apart from weather yest) so pretty damn stoked. Things could have been very different a few weeks ago as many of you know, so just stoked that everythings cranking. :)
Check this out for the site stats, which means a lot to me. Justifies many decisions I've had to make in the past, so bloody thankful I did now!!
