Sound session

Headed out late this morning for some play in cockburn sound. Casted the wash for some great tailor, all going around 50cm then out for some sand whiting, plenty there but the size was down then headed back onto the we banks for some xxl squid. home before the breeze. Nice short session with a good mixed bag!

Great day
Went out there yesterday and got 9 squid. The wind was shithouse and yet today as i sit here at work (grain terminal) it looks sensational. typical!

Was hoping for a little more swell..
as that really fires the tailor up and gets the adrenalin pumping as you work the breakers!! Wind came in strong as we got back to the ramp

I only ever fish the sound i never see these breakers everyone speaks of how far out are they??! I fished Mewstone a couple weeks ago and only trolled up some rock cod on x-raps!! Couldnt belieeve it!

Had a crack today with Hemi &
Had a crack today with Hemi & his cousin. Best tailor went 49cm, but the squid were a little runty.
