Might have an opening for someone to come to exmouth on the upcoming trip with Mako Magic
Will be leaving perth sat 25th getting into exxy on sunday 26th, then coming home the following Thursday or Friday
Conditions are the person must be able to drive(and not fall asleep
)
Not mind a heavy smoker in the car.
Split fuel costs up and back, chip in for accommodation in the bungalow and for fuel in the boat when we head out(unless they only want to do landbased fishing)
If anyone is interested get back to me via pm and we will go from there.

i have the same boat
and if i go out for a full day with all the gear i take i can only take one crew member
and even then they get told to limit what they bring.
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?

I hope you dont mind the couch.
If it is that bad, I'll stick some ear plugs in mate. I've worked off-shore and let me tell you I have taught myself to sleep through pretty much anything. I doubt you could snore worse than some guys I have been forced to bunk with - 3 guys in a room the size of a slightly larger than average bathroom, they turn at night you hear it. If you dont find a way to sleep, 12 hours shifts get pretty hard.

hey mako i found a nicr ecipe for dinner up there
hey mako ive found a nice recipe for dinner up there its somthing we should all like X fingers...
let us know what you think...
Polony and sweetcorn fritters
Ingredients
250 ml cake flour
2 ml baking powder
1 ml salt
1 egg, whisked
190 ml milk
410 g sweetcorn, drained
175 g thick slices polony, diced
2 tomatoes, skinned and diced
15 ml chopped fresh parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper
oil for shallow frying
Method:
Sift the cake flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix the egg with the remaining ingredients and add to the flour. Mix and season generously with salt and pepper. Leave for 10 minutes. (The mixture can also be left to stand overnight.) Heat a little oil in a pan and drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture in the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides or until done inside. Makes about 30 fritters.

Sweetbread Kebabs recipe
ingredients
225 g (8 oz) lamb sweetbreads
5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
3 leeks, trimmed
2 red peppers, seeded
salt and freshly ground black pepper
olive oil
method
1. Remove the membranes from the sweetbreads. Soak them in a bowl of cold water For 1—2 hours, changing the cold water frequently.
2. Drain the sweetbreads. Place them in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Add the lemon juice, bring to the boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and plunge the sweetbreads into cold water. Drain and cut them into 24 pieces.
3. Heat the grill without the grid to high.
4. Put the leeks in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring to the boil and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold running water. Cut into 18 x 15 mm (1/2 in) lengths.
5. Cut the red peppers into 18 x 15 mm (1/2 in) cubes.
6. Thread each of 6 skewers with a piece of sweetbread, leek and red pepper. Repeat twice more and finish with a piece of sweetbread. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Brush the kebabs with olive oil.
7. Brush the grill grid with olive oil and place the kebabs on the grid. Grill 5 cm (2 in) from the heat for 4 minutes, turning them frequently so they cook evenly. Serve the kebabs hot.

Andy, all you'll need is olive oil, salt and pepper. Maybe a selection of herbs and spices if you wanna get a bit fancy.
Simple is best for fresh fish.
