Hookah Dive Wangara or Power Dive Mosman Park. Not sure if Wombat at Hookah dive is still open though, worth googling him and making a call before you head up there.

Alternatively, join one of the two clubs (WA Undersea or Bluewater Freedivers) and ask someone to show you the ropes. Some good how to info on this site:
