G’day fellas, still sitting idle back home after my inconsiderate wife got a bit of cancer that required an operation, started worrying about it when we were still in Tasmania, but it looks pretty good now, Spending far too much money at home, but getting among the fish, mainly elephants, pinks and king George. All things being equal, we are heading back to WA early next month, let you know when we’re in the area, try and get out in the boat with someone. Will mainly be in the mid west at wifey’s sister up Mingenew way, but Perth is on the agenda.

To quote Willy Nelson, we’re on the road again, bloody cool though on the south coast of Vic, diesel heater has had a workout already. Tried fishing for some ruffies, or herring to you guys, couldn’t feel my fingers. Managed a few for breakfast this morning. Something about ruffies and eggs. Try for some more tonight before we move off again tomorrow.
