Yeah I caught something that looked very similar to that up in Exxy at the marina....... Very ugly and nasty looking to chucked it back

Best thing to do with them is spike them trough the head. Then cut the spines off with pliers. and your safe to fillet :)

Caught these out of Dunsborough. Made the same mistake, threw 4 of them back, only to find out they are good eating.
