swell
swell can be a gentle roll. Its wind that makes the sea messy.I was in 7 m swell at peacefull bay and as long as you keep away from nearshore rocks you hardly notice swell
just do it.

OK
Should be ok, whereabouts are you launching from?
Duncan, 7m swell would have been interesting. Anyone berleying up over the side? LOL

Headed out from Hillarys at 4am.
Anchor and burley sesh 4 mile off Scarbs. 2 KG's before sun up, snapper on day break and a nice Baldy on jig soon after. Was dancing around the boat a bit with the sloppy swell. Back to ramp at 9.

No one else at ramp seemed to have caught anything worth mentioning. (unless keeping quite) There's always next week.

JUST WONDERED IF ANY MEMBERS HAVE DOWNLOADED THE NAVIONICS APP TO I PAD, THINK ITS ABOUT $70. IS IT THE SAME AS THE ONE ON YOUR SOUNDER, REASON I ASK IS I HAVE A COMBO UNIT AND IT WOULD BE HANDY TO HAVE I PAD ON THE MAPS & LEAVE COMBO ON SOUNDER.IF IT WAS ANY GOOD IT WOULD BE CHEAPER THAN BUYING A 2ND UNIT.ANY THOUGHTS GUYS.
