im not heading that way anytime soon so its a little out of my way

You can only register on the day at the weigh in site . But you can get someone to fill out your form and pay the fee if you want .
I usualy send a mate to sign in while i get supplies and launch the boat .
thats what i need someone to pay for me so i can then fish from the afternoon after my daughters dance practice
