Tailor not biting for me

I'v been trying for ages to catch a Tailor and I still haven't caught one yetYell. Please tell me what bait or lure to use, to fish at high or low tide, morning or night, light or dark, I have already tried using 5-30g metal slices, mulies on ganged hooks and poppers. I have tried on the beach and in rivers but mostly on the beach. PLEASE HELP ME CATCH A FLIPPIN TAILOR BEFORE I STOP TRYING.

Consentrate on some other species until summer mate. heaps easier to get then and shitloads around. Let when you find what works best for you utilize that in winter around likley spots for results.

Keep it tight, reeeeeeel tight!

went there the other day and got a massive tailor off the beach using unweighted mulies, it was high tide, the school of tailor didnt hang around for long though.

also try hillarys north side near the lighthouse, few undersize tailor but they are great fun on light gear and who knows the big ones might be around!

good luck.
