Have a good look around and it might pay to travel,tatts are pretty permanent and there are some bad artists and some good ones. Most of the good ones are fully booked and unless someone pulls out you might be scratching to get it by Xmas
This habit is getting expensive!

Reilly's in Osborne Park
Reilly's in Osborne Park would be the go. Had majority of my work done there by a couple of the artists and very good. Is a bit hard to get into though.
