Thank you Oceanside Marine & Tackle
Hi all just a quick thank you to all the staff at Oceanside for their assistance with my reel repairs. I can not reccomend anyone else who would go to the level of help that I have recieved from these guys when I had to organise repairs to 2 of my reels. They went out of their way to book the repairs through warrenty, so all I had to do was to do was hand the reels over and they did the rest, saving me a hell of alot of leg work (especially as one of the reels was a gift purchased from a different tackle store). Once again guys thank you for your professionalism and assistance in this matter. If anyone ever needs help with anything fishing related do yourself a favour and go and see the lads at Oceanside.
For all the people who will call me a suck up for doing this, I am doing this without the staffs knowledge at all. I just like to thank people who have good customer service and believe that these type of businesses should be recommended on.

Firstly thanks Ox, its great to a hear FW members thoughts and going that extra step is so important in customer service!
One thing I will say in the last year or so I'm hearing more and more of that so my Manager Blake and Mike are doing a great job indeed
For myself travelling & presenting the Fishing WA TV show is great but keeps me periodically away from my shop. I always think about my shop but with these boys I dont have to worry as its in great hands and doing well

Great service from a great bunch of guys.
I always enjoy getting down to the shop. The oceanside crew have a wealth of experience to share to get you on the fish. Can't wait to test out my new squid jigs too!

I live in the north west and have not many options for view and purchase fishing gear. Blake has been extremely helpful with advice on products and options. He gave me a great price on some new gear. Cant wait to get it out on the water. Thanks fellas and look forward to getting my next lot of gear.
