So here we have it... It is happening...
Trudy and I have agreed we want to get out there ASAP and are heading out next weekend. We are aiming on somewhere around Busselton way. Just got to search for the appropriate camp site. This could be quite funny. Everyone is welcome to tag along, so tell your friends. If you have any ideas of a good spot we would love to hear it. Somewhere that allows camp fires would be pretty sweet. Ideally we would like to stay close to the beach if possible, so if you are a guru on the area we would love to hear from you. We would also consider heading north, but would rather travel not take much more than 3-4 hours.
Get out the gear... Roll out the swag... It is on and it is gonna be messy!

Swell is up, but wind is right down, less than 10 knots Saturday and less than 6 sunday!

If you have access to a 4x4 then give Sandy Cape just north of Jurien a thought. Never been in there myself but have been pestered by a mate for years to give it a burl.

campings not bad, think there is a little bit of grass ins oem areas, but rest is all sand.
Can get into the first cmaping area without a 4WD and i think even a little further in.
