Hi mate,

Instore we keep the Shimano Mexican Fire Raider Snapper spin 703. Rated 5-8kg and 3 pce. For $125 FW price its good value.

I've got one of those raiders, 703H spin and it's been good to me! Went crazy on it with a 12kg longtail and it lived on to tell the story. Really like that rod. Absolutely great value.

One step up from that, shimano does a 3pce T-curve as well, called 'revolution'. I've got the 15-30lb model, but haven't really been able to test it.

They both easily fit a larger suitcase.

Majorcraft has a travel version of the crostage as well, not sure on the rating.
