Trip North - My Experience

Finally did the trip up north, went with Bodie, Scanno, Langa, Den, Frank and Carl. Big trip with 3.5 tonnes of Whaler behind the vehicle but the 200 series did it with its eyes closed.

Below is a record of my experience of the trip......

Lots of tackle mods and upgrades leading up to the trip.....

Even more trailer mods prior to the trip.....

Finally there....

Not a bad digs.

Lots of refuelling....LOTS!!!! 2500 km in each car and over 1000 km in each boat!

Oh....and we did a bit of fishing as well. See Bodies trip report :)

Bulk fish gilly

Plenty of fish caught and plenty of laughs. We got lucky weather wise and we're able to fish hard every day we were there.

As John made mention, I'm sure one of the boys will put together a full report with pics ect within the next few days.
