I prefer to leave molls
I prefer to leave molls alone at the marina, irrespective on whether you're allowed on them.

ha ha.
To answer your question though, you can easily walk around the gate on the long wall, everyone does. The smaller one is harder to get round, but to be honest I'd stick to the long wall if I was you

a serious attempt?
I do not know for sure, but when i went there to fish the north rockwall was always locked off (a few years ago)
the other one was really steep and not as productive as say Mindarie or Ocean reef.
That being said, heaps of great reefs all around Yanchep and further north.
Just my very inexperienced thoughts. The Yanchep lagoon is very accessible and good fun and pretty too if you are looking for a spot around there.
Wise man says - first take the plank out of your own eye before trying to take the speck out of somebody else's.
