US made Cats?

Does anyone know of any US boat companies that make twin hulls boats, ally or glass? I've found Glacier bay and World Cat so far but I've got a mate looking to import an 18-20' cat if feasible and most of the US mobs start at 23'.

Couple of those do the smaller sizes. Freemans are just in there for the drool factor.
enough of a start?

Was looking down that path
Was looking down that path for a while but came to the conclusion a cat didnt suit my needs. I also came to the conclusion that Aussies build cats easily as well as the yanks.

Yep just had at look at all
Yep just had at look at all of them and the Yank cats just arent what hes after....most of them are shallow draft and CC and they dont suit the southern ocean too well. I'll put him on to Noosas, Kevlas etc. Cant beat aussie built!
Cheers anyway Dodgy

Have you tried South African cats?
There are a couple of good makes, and can handle big surf with ease, the only issue when importing is the trailer!
It's sometimes better getting one imported j
without the trailer and getting one made here.

There are two types of people ,do'ers and watchers
Right now the do'ers are the doing it
And the watchers are watching us do it

I had a look at the US cats
I had a look at the US cats above and didn't like the build either (as an offshore boat) but didn't know what your intended use was. Get him to have a look at the Markham Dominator range as well - a mate has a 7m one and its a beast. I've been in some pretty rough stuff out wide and it eats it up. Hoots along with twin 150's as well. They make a few different sizes from 5-8m.
Cheers
