Hi all I thought i would surprise my wife with a lovley Opal Necklace charm and cook her a lovely dinner of her choice. She ended up with Creamy Garlic Prawns with pepper on a bed of rice.

I got a Carton of Jack Daniels.. Joy!!

I was moonlighting delivering flowers across Perth
For a friend whose parents run a florist to make some extra cash on a day off since Jane had to work. Some very funny moments walking into offices with multiple birds very expectantly wanting flowers. Another good one was going into an office carrying flowers,
receptionist goes 'who are they for, are they for xxxxxxx'
I look at the card 'They are for xxxxxxx'
Receptionist - 'Thats her first lot for today'
Me - 'Is she expecting multiple suitors....?'
Receptionist 'All the girls in the office are taking bets on how many she will get from different blokes'
Another girl just looked seriously awkward when I showed up with a huge box of long stemmed roses and a teddy bear. She looked uncomfortably to her right and on her desk was a a vase with another really nice bunch of flowers on it - which she had already received carded from her boyfriend/fiancee. All the other chicks in her office paying out about having 'one on the side' etc

went out for dinner in seminyak.....cost a fortune considering we are in bali, but the best food yet....
-she got airfares to bali and all accomodation paid for for bali, the gilli islands etc etc...
- i got absolutely nothing.....
- now on thursday its our 3 year anniversary, and i just broke the news that the only day i can go chase GT's and dogtooth tunas of lambok is thursday!! cha ching!!!

The wife and i don't celebrate valentines day, commecialised joke, i just made her what she wanted for dinner instead, prawn cocktail for entree, creamy tandoori chicken stirfry and a peppermint magnum for dessert.
Seems a few of you cleaned up!

Got her some flowers; but its our anniversary today; so the main (combined) pressie is 5 days down at Dunsborough this Friday without the kids !!
..... - what did I get ?? - she said I can take the rods down south ;) (and off to see star Wars 3D at Gold class tonight :D )

Earrings
I got her some expensive earrings, she didn't get me anything but did just have our third daughter 11 days ago so I didn't expect her to go out. Really I prefer it when she doesn't get me anything as I'm the one who pays for it!! I like to have the brownie points in back up too as I'm looking at doing a couple of charters soon. Might even try for a mid year abrolhos trip!

When I got my boat 4 years ago a dive buddy said 'Jude, with a boat like this you can get any guy ya want'... Still waiting for the interest! I think the guys that might interest me have probably got their own boats... Perhaps I should put up a photo of the boat instead of my face LOL...

Somebody got
out of bed the wrong side yesterday morning, I said "Happy Valentines sex pot," can't print what he said, isn't love grand, bloody old plick. No we don't celebrate VD think its way to commercialised also.
Went up to Pheonix SC and walked past the Florist, had 4 shopping trolleys, 5 women checking deliveries to go, some ladies got some nice flowers and goodies, couldn't believe the bunchs of red (12) roses that were wheeled out for delivery, somebody had money, all I got was a excercise bike I bought myself.
Hope everybody had a lovely Valentines Day and appreciate each other, as that's what counts the most, our good or bad days togeher.

why does everyone make a bigdeal about oneday out of the whole year,shops and buisnesses are making a packet of money,in fact every day should be special to share with the one you love,but anyway happy valentines to all the couples outthere and remember to appreciate eachother
