Water temp

Went out to the west end for a troll yesterday water temp was only 22.3 degrees , water looked like shit! Still managed to pick up a solid mackie on the southern side on our way home. Is this early signs that the metro pelagic season is winding down

Short answer is i think so
Argo floats have gone wide and started heading north, there is still a current coming down but not as hot.May have a late season shot at a salmon and a mack at west end if the salmon play the game.
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?

I know a lot of you guys get into yr salmon but I just want the warm water to hang around out wide for as long as possible as there is no garrantee it will return next year Marlin fishing for me is unbeatable, even the long periods waiting for the strike, plus the misses brought me a Makiara 80 two speed on saturdayat the bluewater sale

The argos are even wider today and the water is
breaking up around gero.I would rather tropical fish but i think it maybe it is on its way out this year.
