I suggest a six pack of beer, a pen, paper, and alot of time and patience.

I have the Navman 5500 in my boat. Took me a while to manually enter them into a spreadsheet on my computer.

another option i done when i sold a gps previos was to have the waypoint screen open and take pics of each 10 or so and keep doing that till they are all done, then you can just upload the pics to a disk and whamooo all your gps marks are saved

Same as mako, just take photos of the waypoint screen.

then you can print them off and also have a copy on your computer.

If it uses a CMAP card, surely thered a be a way to download the marks if you put in a regular card? Had a quick look at the manual and it says you can transfer points between units using a "CMAP user card". Not sure if that would just be a regular SD card though.

I never found a easy way with my Navman, just write them down after each trip or every few trips. I think Gully might have some way he does his but he'll have to fill you in on that.
