A teacher asked, "Johnny, do you think Noah did a lot of fishing when he was on the Ark?""No," replied Johnny. "How could he, with only 2 worms?"

If you dont mind me asking, where did you get the Snook (They are acutally pike) :)
I think they are one of the best fresh eating fish you can get, but have sturggled to find them this winter :(

Good eating are they ? i chuck them back, bit annoying when fishing for pinkys in the Sound,,just on dawns a real trigger for them,,,if i had a boat i would keep them but between my legs on the kayak would put at risk my wedding tackle.

Shorty, yeah they are awsome
Shorty, yeah they are awsome eating fresh, dont freeze too well, but fresh is great. Did get some earlier in the year out near penguin island, but they seemed to have moved from there.
Have not found them since!! but a few people have said they get them throughout the sound. Ive always found them around large reef lumps,
Ive seen them diving before, they are like eels, they sit back int he weed waiting for something to swim past the launch themselves at the fish. They also like moving water.

When you go fishing and you catch something, that's good. If you're making love and you catch something, that's bad.
