Weekend report
Hit the crays on Saturday .Did two dives from Two Rocks. First dive two mile out ,14m no crays to be seen ,spent 45minutes saw three crays well back in there holes. saw a nice harlquin.
Second dive in close to shore on a small lump .The edges were full of crays, and I do mean full, there were hundreds of them .Jesse and I were like kids in a candy shop ,very exciting stuff. Some of the crays were ten mm over the gauge.
Sunday hit the water and headed out to the bank, looking for a feed ,the wind was up around 20k and sea were choppy ,drifting quite fast the fish were there as they came for a touch but would not follow the bait . Lunch time and still no fish, so time for some recon.. After a short time we found a small edge ,came up 4m .We only had one drift over and Jesse picked up a nice 5kg dhuie.. We picked up two more new areas but didn't fish them ,headed up north to a nice edge and the fish were on. Picked up 4 more dhuies 2 released and two shark 1 released . Ended up an ok day ,but the trip home was a bumpy one ,still the haines made short work of the chop . Didn't here much on the radio ,and from the guys i spoke to ,not much was caught. SOORY NO PICS

Sounds like a pretty good day apart from the wind Paul
Very interesting to hear there were so many crays.
