Wellcraft
Hi guys looking at upgrading my boat soon to something bigger. I'm after anyone's opinions on wellcraft boats specifically the 232,24 and 252 coastals in walk around. I have done a bit of research and have come to find these are a solid boat and a bit above the sea fox/sea pro/ pro line etc. not that there is anything wrong with those makes. If anyone has been on one of these b4 and can offer some good and bad points on them. Looking with either a big single or 2 smaller outboards. Will be used obviously for days out of Perth with the monthly rotto overnight et thrown in as well as Abrholos long weekends and exmouth island trips.
Any information welcome and thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I don't own one but did a lot
I don't own one but did a lot of research and I wanted one but went with a trophy because it was under 2.5m beam but at that size no yank boats will be under. But they look like nice boats!!

Yeah tough staying under 2.5m
Yeah tough staying under 2.5m beam. If that is a requirement, not sure there are any better choices than the Trophy.

I have the 232 fisherman
I have the 232 fisherman (centre console) version. It's a great boat and I'm yet to find a major problem with it. The hull is the same as the coastal and rides very similar to the Boston whaler. Mine has a single 250 verado on it which pushes it to 43 knots max

The overwidth thing is a bit
The overwidth thing is a bit less of a drama now with the updated rules, but thats still a BIG boat to tow to Exmouth.

The older you get the more you realize that no one has a f++king clue what they're doing.
Everyone's just winging it.
